Terms of ServiceWelcome to ANAZE. These Terms of Service (these "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between you and HEMEKO Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us"), the operator of the ANAZE official online store (anaze.co, the "Site"), in connection with your use of the Site and its services. By registering as a member, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.Article 1 (Acceptance and Amendment of the Terms)These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company. The Company may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws or in the services provided, by posting the amended Terms on the Site. The amended Terms take effect upon posting; in the case of material changes, we will provide advance notice on the Site. Minors may register and use the services only with the consent of a legal guardian.The member account on the Site is a "group common member account" shared across the direct-to-consumer brand websites operated by the HEMEKO group. The account you register on the Site may also be used to sign in to other brand websites operated by the HEMEKO group, including HEMEKO Lab.You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to be your own.If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security concern, you must notify the Company immediately.Article 4 (Orders and Formation of Contract)Product information, images, and prices displayed on the Site are provided for reference. Your submission of an order constitutes an offer; a contract of sale is formed only when the Company confirms the order and completes shipment. If a product's price, stock, or description is materially incorrect due to a system or clerical error, the Company may cancel or correct the order before the contract is formed and will notify you accordingly.Article 5 (Payment)Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the Site. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers, and the Company does not store your full card details. The payer information must match that of the actual cardholder.Article 6 (Shipping and Delivery)The available delivery destinations, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times are as stated on the checkout page. Orders are shipped internationally; where delivery is delayed due to force majeure, customs processing, or logistics circumstances, the Company will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.Depending on your country of residence, imported goods may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by local authorities. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.Article 7 (Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges)The conditions for order cancellation, returns, exchanges, and refunds are set out in the Refund Policy posted on the Site, which forms part of these Terms. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items — such as cosmetics or personal care products that have been opened or used — may be excluded from returns, as permitted by applicable law; such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and free gifts. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Nothing in this Article limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.Article 8 (Member Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)In using the Site, you must not:impersonate another person or provide false information;interfere with or disrupt the normal operation or security of the Site, including through automated programs or other improper means;engage in conduct that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, or harms the interests of the Company, including bulk purchases for the purpose of resale;reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content of the Site without authorization.Article 9 (Intellectual Property)All content on the Site — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, page designs, and data compilations — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, and belongs to the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, sell, or otherwise use such content beyond the scope of personal, non-commercial use without the Company's prior written consent.Article 10 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)The Company endeavors to keep the information provided through the Site accurate, complete, and up to date, but does not warrant it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. The Company shall not be in breach for any suspension or interruption of the services caused by force majeure, system maintenance, or failure of third-party services, but will use reasonable efforts to restore the services promptly. The Company assumes no responsibility for the content of third-party websites linked from the Site. Nothing in this Article excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, nor does it affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.Article 11 (Changes to and Interruption of the Services)The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the services on the Site for operational or technical reasons, and will, where reasonably possible, give prior notice on the Site.Article 12 (Termination and Membership Withdrawal)You may withdraw your membership at any time through the Site. Upon withdrawal, your group common member account will be terminated in its entirety, and your membership on the related HEMEKO group brand websites, including HEMEKO Lab, will also terminate at the same time. After withdrawal, your personal information and transaction records will be handled in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws. The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)These Terms, and any matters not provided for in these Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
